Student's Stories

Alondra's Story

This beautiful girl grew up in a dump. She was not able to attend school because her family could not afford the mandatory uniform. Her situation improved when Henderson Hills Baptist Church opened a school where she could attend in whatever clothes she had. In December she graduated from this school. Today, she still lives in the dump. She wants to change that by getting a college degree so she can get a good job. Will you help her? You can donate to her tuition here.

Every dollar donated is one step closer to making her dreams come true. No one should be stuck living in a dump.

We now have the option for recurring monthly donations on our site. If you are interested in this, please look at the bottom of any page on our website. From there you will be able to sign up for a monthly donation of $10, $25 or $50.

We are thrilled to say several new schools have approached us interested in a partnership. We are discussing options with them now but before we can make a commitment to them, we have to grow our supporters. Please share us with your friends.

P.S. Don't forget about Alondra. She has worked really hard to get into college. If we work together, we can change her life.
